• Coordinate Augmedix’s presence at trade shows and events • Build brand awareness • Drive event-based pipeline • Evaluate event opportunities • Coordinate event logistics • Create and implement event communication plans • Generate and manage opportunity leads • Bridge the gap between marketing and sales teams • Attend events in person • Prepare virtual events • Promote events across channels • Create email campaigns • Identify networking opportunities • Schedule meetings during and after events • Oversee post-event lead assignments • Monitor lead progress • Report on event metrics

Requirements

• Experience coordinating event logistics • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of project management tools • Proficient with digital tools, cloud-based office suite software, and CRM systems • Ability to travel domestically to 5-10 events annually • Strong organizational skills
