• Head of Engineering team, managing 12+ employees • Instill a culture of collaborative problem solving and mission orientation • Grow the team as finances allow • Responsible for architecture, software development, quality, and scalability • Lead integration of product suite into a unified platform • Ensure products can scale to 100x current user base • Member of Senior Leadership Team and contributor in key meetings • Maintain client trust with industry-leading security and compliance • Partner with product and customer success teams to delight clients and users

Requirements

• 5+ years as CTO or VP Engineering at successful SAAS company • 10+ years experience with complex systems • B2B enterprise software experience required • Some startup experience necessary • Passion for education or equity required • Excellent communicator • Strategic thinker with track record of innovation • Flexible mindset adaptable to market dynamics • Legal ability to work in US without Visa sponsorship
