Description
• Individual contributor role reporting to VP of Enablement • Design, implement, and manage enablement programs for revenue team • Collaborate with revenue leadership and subject matter experts • Measure and report on program effectiveness • Foster continuous learning culture within sales organization • Define and execute technology enablement strategies • Collaborate with product management on training programs
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in sales enablement or related sales roles • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience • Proven success in developing and measuring enablement programs • Strong experience with Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Navigator • Proficient in creating sales training content • Skilled in project management and data analysis • Experience coaching sales leaders on driving change
