Description

• Lead and coach field sales team and partner with Marketing on campaigns • Provide onsite and virtual support to team's sales efforts, especially in enterprise sales expansion • Conduct quarterly business reviews of UK/Europe sales team and report progress to senior leadership • Define sales processes, drive desired sales outcomes, and identify improvements • Work with sales leadership team to create strategies for driving new business • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility • Guide efforts in driving market penetration in verticals served • Partner with marketing to create and drive market-specific programs • Work cross-functionally to grow pipeline and execute plans for new geographies, products, and market segments • Ensure offerings fulfill market needs

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with 3-5 years at a sales leadership position • Previous experience with MEDDPICC preferred • Experience building sales infrastructure for scaling revenue • Hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent • Selling SaaS software solutions to large enterprises • Strong process skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales best practices • Proven solution and complex selling skills of software solutions • Actively engage with senior leaders in prospect and client organizations • Coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills • Strong understanding of cultivating key stakeholder relationships • Passionate about rapid development of market-leading solutions • Ability to lead a multi-disciplined organization in a multi-location environment
