šŸ“‹ Description

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and other stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions • Optimize configuration and support integrations • Ensure compliance with governance standards • Drive continuous improvement of the recruiting and onboarding technology landscape • Lead the elicitation and analysis of future-state system requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and non-functional requirements • Communicate requirements clearly and produce necessary artifacts • Identify innovative and scalable solutions that challenge existing assumptions • Ensure that systems and application designs adhere to IT Governance standards • Monitor emerging technologies, SuccessFactors releases, compliance needs, and industry best practices • Lead and support testing activities • Partner with strategic solution providers on HR technology roadmap

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology solutions in large or complex environments • Experience delivering software and technology solutions and leading cross-functional efforts • Experience with triaging and escalating using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and onboarding business processes • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (RCM and ONB preferred) or similar HRIS platforms • Working knowledge of recruiting and onboarding business processes • Understanding of software quality, testing methodologies, and release management • Fluent English
