• Develop, implement, manage and analyze B2B paid media strategies, working in close coordination with our Director of Paid Media, Reporting & Analytics Manager, Creative team, and Account Directors. • Maintain quarterly pipeline goal tracker for accounts under your management, updating performance on a weekly basis and implementing optimizations and proactively sharing recommendations for improvement. • Work closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to communicate updates across client accounts and action optimizations, campaign launches, and strategic requests. • Regularly attend client meetings to report on performance (weekly or bi-weekly) and assist with developing new strategies and provide impactful optimizations. • Set up, QA, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across Google Ads (search, display, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Programmatic (native/display), direct placements, and emerging ad platforms such as Spotify, TikTok, and Reddit. • Conduct on-going management and optimization for client campaigns with a focus on performance against quarterly pipeline goals, incorporating strategy and tactics, and budget management. Troubleshoot issues related to performance, ad delivery, and other related areas. • Work closely with Reporting and Analytics teams to ensure all campaigns have the right tracking implemented to properly measure success. • Assist in quarterly business reviews, owning the paid media portion of the report for clients under your management.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and paid media working with B2B related industries in an agency setting. • 3+ years of managing B2B paid media campaigns. • 2+ years of experience in developing and presenting paid media strategy to clients. • Strong familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic (Basis), HubSpot, and Salesforce. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with experience in developing and communicating pipeline reports to clients. • Google Ads Search and Google Ads Display Certification. • LinkedIn Ads Certification. • Working knowledge of Google Data Studio and related analytics tools to measure, benchmark, and measure success of campaigns. • Up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and best practices.
