• Exceptional opportunity to drive impact in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate revenue for Mindtickle • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align efforts • Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B demand gen or field marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry • A successful track record of building and executing high-performing marketing campaigns and partnering with sales teams • Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals. • Experience managing vendors, partners, and managing budget Experience with marketing/sales tech: SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense, Demandbase, Zuddl/Zoom, Mutiny, Outreach, Chili Piper, Qualified

• Develop and implement multi-channel demand-generation strategies and campaigns • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand-generation efforts • Work closely with content marketing and digital owners to align efforts and drive revenue • Lead cross-functional readout meetings with marketing and sales teams to review successes and opportunities to improve performance • Create and manage demand generation budgets for paid media • Develops realistic forecasts and projections for campaign performance and revenue impact • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns - direct and influenced revenue, conversion, velocity • Identify and resolve challenges to accelerate campaign creation and execution • Leads complex workstreams in Asana to support successful product launches, ABM programs, and competitive takeout campaigns
