Description

• Account Manager role at Beautiful.ai • Spearhead and grow existing client base with dedicated portfolio of businesses • Own named mid-market and enterprise account for renewals, expansion, and new revenue • Lead account reviews with customers and keep them informed • Accurately forecast renewal, upsell, and cross-sell pipeline • Execute action plans for strategic business opportunities and drive sales • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide assistance • Build strong relationships and carry value-driven conversations with customers • Remain knowledgeable on products/services offered and discuss available options for upsell

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years customer-facing Account Management experience in SaaS or subscription business • Proven track record of exceeding quota and KPIs related to expansion/growth • Experience working cross-departmentally to serve customer needs • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with selling in ambiguous environments • Player coach with a desire to move towards management in the future • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
