Description

• Conduct successful experience for BELAY clients and contractors • Serve as a coach/consultant to clients and contractors • Become subject matter expert for bookkeeping engagements • Participate in phone calls and meetings • Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner • Cast vision for long-term client/contractor partnerships • Collaborate with necessary individuals regarding contract changes • Be proficient in using a cloud-based CRM and updating daily activity • Collaborate with BELAY Placement team for all contractor placements • Provide insight and recommendations to enhance overall experience • Conduct quarterly account reviews with Client Relations Manager • Work from home with dedicated and secure workspace • Full-time role with a talented and engaging team at BELAY

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Finance and/or bookkeeping experience required • Relational, humble, and intuitive individuals preferred • Tech-savvy and proficient in remote workplace tools • Strong organizational and communication skills • Self-starter, positive thinker, loyal, and trustworthy • Flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, and action-orientation
