Description

• Oversee high-level financial and managerial accounting for Benevity • Supervise accounting operations from payroll to tax compliance • Develop internal control policies, accounting policies, procedures, and financial planning • Manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring efficiency and compliance • Transform and optimize O2C cycle including sales order management, billing, and cash application • Lead and develop the accounting team • Support financial aspects of contract negotiations • Participate in strategic planning as a financial advisor to the CFO and executive team

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting/finance within SaaS or tech • Expertise in SaaS revenue recognition and deferred revenue • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred • Proficient in financial software, especially NetSuite • Strong knowledge of GAAP for software/subscription businesses • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills • Effective communicator • Experienced in managing audits, budgeting, and internal controls • Strategic thinker • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
