• Provide guidance on complex technical accounting matters • Support external reporting filings • Enhance technical accounting skills • Provide ongoing training on accounting standards and SOX • Project management and cross-functional collaboration • Assess control rationalization opportunities and improve efficiency • Up-skill process owners and key stakeholders • Develop tools and materials to support control objectives • Coordinate with auditors on audit requests and documentation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or CIA designation • Big 4 Public Accounting experience • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations • Experience in a public company environment subject to SOX • Extensive knowledge of GAAP, COSO, Sarbanes Oxley Act, and PCAOB Rules • Ability to evaluate and document control deficiencies
