Description

• Serve as the primary technical support and design expert for the sound masking and network paging platform, Vocia • Engage with end-users, consultants, and integrators to educate them on the technical capabilities of Biamp products and technologies • Ensure the successful implementation of Biamp solutions by delivering comprehensive training and guidance to installation teams

Requirements

• A degree in a technical field or commensurate experience in a related position • Extensive computer networking design and support experience (preference in audio-video networking) • A verifiable history of success in technical sales in a channel partner environment • Experience in the professional AV industry, including contact with integrators, consultants, and end-users • Ability to build long-term relationships with Biamp clients
