Description

• Lead and inspire an engineering team developing digital therapeutic apps • Contribute to technical development and evolution of products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive mission forward • Establish and execute strategic plan for Software Engineering • Build, lead, and mentor engineers for effective team • Implement engineering best-practices and technical strategy • Oversee product documentation • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• 4+ years leading a cross-functional engineering team • 7+ years software engineering experience • Success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Proficiency managing agile software development processes • Working knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience with AWS and serverless technologies • Experience working with sensitive data • Experience in digital health and regulated products
