Description

• Provide outstanding phone, email, and chat-based technical support in a fast-paced 24x7 environment • Educate customers on platform features, troubleshoot technical issues, and enable merchants to sell more • Communicate with management team and developers to improve product functionality • Utilize training to stay ahead of product advancements and eCommerce best practices • Display high levels of professionalism in interactions with internal and external departments • Assist customers with billing, invoice, and account issues

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing, service-oriented role required • Strong aptitude for web, eCommerce, and hosting technologies • Exceptional critical thinking and soft skills • Team player interested in growing alongside technical support agents • Ability to read or edit within at least one web language • Must be flexible to shift work and occasional overtime in a 24x7x365 environment • Fluent in English • Reside in Mexico City, Mexico, Guadalajara, Mexico, or any major city in Central America
