Description
• Provide technical support and handle urgent escalations • Collaborate with stakeholders including customers, product manager, developers, and management • Analyze service ticket data, identify incident root cause, and draft Root Cause Analysis report • Work closely with product and developer teams globally • Prioritize multiple incidents and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency • Provide coaching, training, and optimization of support processes
Requirements
• 4-8+ years of experience in similar roles • Strong problem-solving capabilities • 3+ years Unix/Linux experience with shell scripting • 2+ years of databases experience (Oracle, MySQL) • 2+ years Web or App related project support experience • Understanding of software development methodologies and coding standards • Experience with software application debugging and troubleshooting • Familiarity with technical support processes and escalation management • Passion for technical support and solving complex customer issues • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, and customers • BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, or related scientific disciplines • Background in Software Development is a plus
