• 4-8+ years of experience in similar roles • Strong problem-solving capabilities • 3+ years Unix/Linux experience with shell scripting • 2+ years of databases experience (Oracle, MySQL) • 2+ years Web or App related project support experience • Understanding of software development methodologies and coding standards • Experience with software application debugging and troubleshooting • Familiarity with technical support processes and escalation management • Passion for technical support and solving complex customer issues • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, and customers • BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, or related scientific disciplines • Background in Software Development is a plus
