• Responding to customer-initiated interactions such as phone calls and emails • Identifying software bugs and feature requests • Providing after-hours emergency support assistance • Taking a high-touch approach to support • Encouraging frequent interaction with customers • Working with customers to full resolution of any issues

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Real-world experience in deploying communication skills • Top-notch customer demeanor including patience, understanding, and empathy • Ability to learn and improve processes • Smart and efficient in handling projects • General understanding of SaaS environment • Experience with web applications, networking, internet communication protocols, APIs, programming languages, file integration tools like AWS and SharePoint, and single sign-on tools like LDAP, Azure AD, Okta
