Description

• Resolve technical issues and educate customers • Work with customers to troubleshoot and solve reported issues • Contribute to training materials and onboarding process • Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for customer issues • Provide input and feedback for improving customer experience • Participate in interview process to determine fit for the role

Requirements

• Profound curiosity and problem-solving skills • Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Bash • Compassion for understanding and assisting customers • Collaboration with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in communicating technical ideas to diverse audiences • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus • Understanding of databases, especially SQL • Proficiency in working independently • Foundational knowledge of APIs and/or Git • Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration frameworks is a plus • Coding experience in Go or another language • Familiarity with code hosts such as GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket
