Rethink is a pioneer and market leader in behavioral and mental health technology. The Intune Support Engineer will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert in all Microsoft Intune technologies, executing key projects to advance Intune capabilities, providing technical expertise around Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration offerings, monitoring Helpdesk queue for inbound issues, completing end-user helpdesk issues, providing Tier 1-2 troubleshooting support for systems and network issues, partnering with vendors for data and endpoint protection policies, performing hands-on fixes at the desktop level, and following ITIL processes.
• 7 years’ experience or more with Microsoft 365 technologies with a concentration in Microsoft Intune • 5 years’ experience or more with networking technologies (routing, switching, firewall, wireless) • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Apps Suite and backend platform services • Experience supporting mobile devices • Virus and malware detection, prevention, and removal techniques • Strong desire to learn • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Attention to detail and proficient with documentation of processes • Professional written/verbal communication • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar (not required, but preferred)
