Description

• Provide exceptional technical support to our customers: This includes troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding customers through complex workflows. • Collaborate with the Engineering team to identify and resolve bugs: You'll be the voice of the customer, working closely with engineers to fix issues and improve the product. • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation: You'll help ensure our customers have the resources they need to be successful with Atlan. • Develop and deliver training materials: You'll play a key role in helping our customers onboard with Atlan and learn how to use its features effectively. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Atlan features and functionality: You'll be a product expert, able to answer any question a customer throws your way. • Work with cross-functional teams as we grow one of the best Customer Support Functions within the SaaS industry.

Requirements

• Passion for helping people and a knack for solving problems. • Prior experience working with Cloud & Data Technologies and proficient in Python. • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Bonus points if you have: Prior Experience with data platforms and data governance. Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
