• Diagnose and resolve high-level technical issues related to the infrastructure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and fixes • Lead the development of automated solutions to monitor system health and automate repetitive tasks • Proactive analysis of issues related to infrastructure services and offering suggestions for improvements • Document all technical procedures and user guides for future reference • Provide mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 support role • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues concurrently • Proficient with Linux operating systems and general infrastructure services • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
