Description
• Accurately managing bi-weekly payroll processing • Prepare and reconcile year-end payroll tax forms • Administer employee benefits programs • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations • Identify process improvement opportunities • Work with HR, Finance, and external vendors • Remote role
Requirements
• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience • Knowledge of US and Canadian payroll processes • Understanding of US federal and state employment laws • Experience with ADP or other payroll and HR software • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is an asset • Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration or equivalent
