Description

• Have full ownership of a program(s) from scoping/creation through implementation for Customer Relationship Management • Accountable for driving the success of the customer ecosystem as measured by program KPIs • Focus on CRM implementation to ensure the end to end customer experience is coordinated at every touchpoint • Transition to other customer ecosystem programs post-implementation to improve customer experience, system health, and internal processes • Lead coordination of design, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and decisions related to customer experience, internal processes, and system health • Be the main point of contact for Salesforce Implementation Partner and other vendors • Coordinate and deliver clear communication with stakeholders, monitoring project execution and ensuring delivery to appropriate levels of quality

Requirements

• Excellent communicators, curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teams • Skilled in complex problem solving, critical thinking and decision making • 5+ years of experience managing highly complex and cross-functional programs • Large-scale cross-functional CRM implementation program management experience, preferably including Salesforce • Experience working with third party partners for CRM implementation • Exceptional skill and capabilities in wide-scale program and project management • Comfort and experience holding teams and self accountable to progress
