Description

• Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Outside Sales Representative to be an integral part of dynamic sales team, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic selling. Pivotal in expanding market presence and driving business success by promoting products to potential clients. Target earnings for this role are $120K in the first year with a competitive base plus uncapped commission structure. • Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. • Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through research, cold calling, door to door selling, and networking. - Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory. - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings. - Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline. - Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining a professional image. - Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues. - Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Requirements

• Door to door sales experience is preferred • Travel is expected to be 50%+ • 1+ years of relevant sales experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets • Able to work independently and manage time effectively • Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions • Familiarity with the company's products/services • Understanding of industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics • Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce) • Proficient in building and expanding a professional network • Commitment to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism • Enthusiastic, positive, and resilient, with a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction
