Description

• Bitcoin Depot is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic selling. • Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving business success by promoting our products to potential clients. • Target earnings for this role are $120K in the first year with a competitive base plus uncapped commission structure. • Responsibilities include: Identifying and targeting potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, conducting in-person meetings and presentations, developing sales strategies, staying updated on industry trends, effectively managing the sales cycle, negotiating terms and contracts with clients, maintaining records of client interactions, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. • As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be expected to travel throughout the assigned territory, work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and continuously strive to improve sales skills and overall performance. • Qualifications include: Door to door sales experience, willingness to travel 50%+, 1+ years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, motivation to achieve sales targets, ability to work independently, familiarity with company products/services, understanding of industry landscape and market dynamics, adaptability, proficiency in using CRM software, and commitment to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. • Benefits include 401K Matching, health benefits, paid wellness membership, equity, paid time off & holidays, annual in-person team building events, virtual team building events, and a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Door to door sales experience is preferred• Travel is expected to be 50%+• 1+ years of relevant sales experience• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.• Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.• Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to close deals successfully.• Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.• Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions with clients.• Willingness to adjust strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals.• Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.• Proficient in building and expanding a professional network through industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.• Commitment to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.• Enthusiastic, positive, and resilient, with a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
