• Bitcoin Depot is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and relationship-building. Your role will involve expanding market presence, promoting products to potential clients, and targeting earnings of $120K in the first year. • Responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, developing personalized sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on industry trends. You will negotiate terms with clients, maintain records in SalesForce, and act as a brand ambassador. • Qualifications include door to door sales experience, willingness to travel extensively, 1+ years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, motivation to achieve sales targets, ability to work independently, familiarity with products/services, industry landscape understanding, adaptability, CRM software proficiency, network-building skills, commitment to integrity and professionalism, enthusiasm for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Door to door sales experience is preferred • Travel is expected to be 50%+ • 1+ years of relevant sales experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients. • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. • Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset. • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to close deals successfully. • Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively. • Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions with clients. • Willingness to adjust strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals. • Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress. • Proficient in building and expanding a professional network through industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. • Commitment to conducting business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. • Enthusiastic, positive, and resilient, with a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
