• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy • Utilize data and market knowledge to drive retail users, trade volume, and sales growth • Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers • Support content creation and manage content calendars • Act as a bridge between the community and customer support team • Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events and webinars • Collaborate with marketing, products, and partner teams

Requirements

• Experience engaging with clients and strong know-how of the Crypto industry • In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology • Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading or fintech sales • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies • Strong understanding of digital currencies • Passion for the cryptocurrency industry • Entrepreneurial mentality • Comfortable with networking • Business proficiency in English, and native fluency in a CIS regions local language • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with standard business end-user computing applications and social media
