• Lead and manage a team of content strategists and digital marketing analysts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Establish quality control processes • Develop content-focused, consulting approach • Transform federal agencies' digital offerings • Work with clients to develop, plan, and implement content strategies • Educate colleagues and client stakeholders on content strategy • Drive initiatives to enhance expertise and collaboration • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and issues • Contribute to Bixal's brand awareness

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • 3+ years managing content strategy teams • Bachelor's degree in related field, Masters preferred • Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish • Experience building and managing high-performing teams • Strong leadership skills • Proven success in leading teams within Agile framework • Experience with Drupal • Experience in crafting user-centric content • Ability to interpret data and translate into insights • Launching and maintaining digital initiatives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in translation and cultural adaptation • Experience working with federal government agencies • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance • Working knowledge of various tools and systems e.g. USWDS, Plain Language Guidelines, Accessibility & Inclusive design, etc.
