Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred • Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance • 10+ years of professional experience • 5+ years managing cross-functional product teams • 3+ years supporting federal government product initiatives • Ability to navigate uncertainty and define product expectations • Good soft skills and emotional intelligence • Proven track record in managing issues and risk • Experience in human-centered design principles and Agile mindset • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail and organization skills • Experience with Microsoft Office, Keynote, Miro, Adobe Acrobat Pro • Nice to have: experience in architecting digital solutions, event-driven architectures, data architecture, and Agile practices
