• Take commercial responsibility for strategically important retail partners • Expand existing business and establish new product categories • Responsible for sales planning, forecasts and budget control • Develop and implement annual business plans with retail partners • Optimize premium retail concepts in collaboration with the trade marketing team • Data-driven account management to improve account performance • Identify new product categories and retail partners • Serve as the central commercial interface between customers and internal teams
• 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Retail Business Development • Proven track record in managing and growing strategic retail accounts • Solid experience in annual planning, forecasting, budget control, and commercial negotiations • Successful implementation of sell-in, sell-out, and retail performance initiatives • Strong understanding of retail operations and POS excellence • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills • Existing network within the German and Austrian retail sectors is a plus
