• 10+ years B2B software sales experience • 6+ years leading channel organizations in B2B software companies • Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing channel sales organization • Experience with building and executing channel strategies • Demonstrably positive impact with a growing software company as a leader • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong internal/external presentation skills • Consistent overachievement of key metrics and/or quota • Proven track record of building loyal customer and partner relationships • Strong operational and analytical abilities • Strategic sales experience and revenue achievement selling enterprise software offerings • Undergraduate degree – MBA is an asset
