• Champion the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of highly strategic 1:1 ABX campaigns, supporting Bluecore’s top strategic accounts • Conduct in-depth research to understand target account challenges, decision-makers, and buying journeys • Collaborate with our Executive Sponsorship, Field Events, Content, Demand Generation and other various marketing teams to implement integrated personalized omni-channel campaigns to drive meaningful engagement across LinkedIn, display, email, event marketing, etc • Craft compelling and relevant messaging tailored to each account's unique needs and pain points • Continually update and optimize programs based on actionable data/insights, customer feedback, corporate priorities, and account strategy • Project manage the execution of ABX campaigns across various channels, ensuring quality and timeliness • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize • Collaborate with ABM leadership team (sales and marketing interlock) to select key accounts • Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations • Document processes and best practices in our handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference
• 2+ years of experience Enterprise B2b Saas, business development, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan • Understand how ABX fits into a wider marketing and SaaS buying process • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking • Marketing innovation mindset, experience with mainstream ABX martech such as (6Sense, Salesloft, SFDC, Gen AI etc) is necessary • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Able to clearly communicate new ideas, strategy, and campaigns to internal stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams • Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, business acumen, results-driven
