• You identify and acquire new customers • You work closely with regional and European teams to successfully realize strategic business opportunities • You take responsibility for managing the entire sales process • You play a key role in driving revenue growth, market penetration and the development of sustainable customer relationships
• Several years of experience in business development or sales within the defence environment, with an established network and solid knowledge of the bidding/proposal process • Strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a strong closing orientation • Technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex information for the target audience and translate it into clear customer value • High self-motivation and independence, with a proactive and solution-oriented working style • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills • Proven track record in acquiring new customers, e.g., through cold calling, marketing campaigns, trade shows or social selling • Solid experience using CRM systems and producing reliable sales forecasts • Experience with national and international export control and compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR, EU Dual-Use regulations, etc.) • Knowledge of heat treatment, metallurgy or related fields is an advantage • Business-fluent German and English; additional European languages are a plus
