Description
• Hive Health is on a mission to provide the best-in-class health plans for small-medium businesses (SMBs) in the Philippines. • As a founding engineer team member, you have a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team where you can have an outsized impact on the healthcare journey of our members. • You will work closely with the Hive leadership to shape and implement the product roadmap.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of relevant backend software engineering experience, preferably at startup/tech company • Proficient in two or more of the following languages (backend): C/C++, Java, C#, Javascript, Python, SQL • Experience architecting, building, and maintaining complex & highly available services • Experience working with unstructured or non-standardized data, building data pipelines and/or database management • High attention to detail and excited to learn new skills and tools
