📋 Description
• Coordinate client interviews and follow up on feedback • Serve as the main point of contact for talent solutions, sales, and client services regarding recruitment-related queries • Schedule interviews and send reminders to candidates • Monitor incoming interview requests • Update trackers and manage different chat spaces • Support the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition • Organized, efficient, and able to manage priorities • Confident communicating with candidates, recruiters, and clients • Tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets, trackers, and scheduling tools • Able to work independently and solve problems without waiting for instructions • Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing own taxes and benefits • Computer with 16 GB of RAM (non-negotiable)
