📋 Description

• Plan, develop and execute quality assurance measures in facility management • Develop and implement location-specific, cross-process analyses, strategies and concepts, e.g., in the areas of emergency and crisis management or life cycle management • Operate and continuously enhance digital tools for controlling and coordinating FM processes • Establish and maintain effective FM reporting and the associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Support or lead tendering and project management processes in facility management, including the preparation of specifications (bills of quantities/service descriptions)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering, facility management or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on quality assurance, audits or project management • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with SAP PM or CAFM systems • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., DIN, GEFMA, Real FM) • Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
