📋 Description

• Prospect for new clients in the inland region of Rio de Janeiro and municipalities in the Zona da Mata region of Minas Gerais, identifying business opportunities and conducting sales visits; • Manage the existing client portfolio, maintaining close relationships and identifying opportunities to improve the services provided; • Prepare customized commercial proposals according to clients’ needs and requirements; • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements; • Analyze the market and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth; • Develop strategic action plans to increase the company’s revenue and profitability in the region; • Monitor commercial performance indicators, proposing and implementing continuous improvements; • Attend industry events and trade shows, representing the company and expanding the professional network; • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Tourism, or a related field. • Experience in commercial/sales roles, especially in prospecting and account management. Knowledge of the market and an active client portfolio will be a differential. • Strong negotiation skills and experience preparing commercial proposals. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Knowledge of the local market (Rio de Janeiro and surrounding inland areas) and the ability to identify business opportunities. • Availability for frequent travel and client visits.
