Description

• Product Analyst for Calm’s B2B business • Responsible for data products and analyses • Drive quality analytics practices end-to-end • Produce ad-hoc analyses on data across various sources • Build and maintain operational dashboards in BI tools • Engineer data models for production pipeline • Develop tracking plans with product managers and engineers • Serve as a bridge between B2B product and go-to-market teams • Partner with Customer Success managers and data teams • Work with cloud based data warehouses • Support internal partners in answering common questions

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • 4+ years of experience in an Analyst or Data Science role • Strong proficiency in SQL • Experience with product analytics tools • Prior experience with BI tools • Experience building data models • Ability to translate non-technical business requirements • Proven track record of building relationships • Hands-on experience building data documentation and testing practices • Comfortable in early team member roles • Experience with cloud based data warehouses • Nice to have: Prior experience with subscription or B2B SaaS business
