Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding • Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives • Proactively source and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through various channels • Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze recruitment metrics • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologies • Certification in Human Resources preferred
