Description

• The Talent Development Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive learning and development strategy • Builds internal communications strategy • Identifies individual and organizational development needs • Designs and delivers professional development programs • Implements career development programs • Manages internal communications channels • Analyzes data to create development experiences • Develops and maintains effective relationships with team members • Engages business leaders as active participants • Implements an analytical approach to understand development needs • Manages resources, internal and external • Implements development offerings, including individual and cohort-based learning experiences

Requirements

• Demonstrated talent program management experience • Demonstrated consultative approach • Corporate talent development experience • Global development project experience • Strong relationship building skills • Stakeholder management skills • Ability to analyze and synthesize data • Ability to work autonomously • Strategic thinking skills • Strong business acumen • Comfortable with ambiguity • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Design preferred • ATD/CIPD/coaching certified professional preferred • Travel: Estimated 5% to deliver training • 10+ years of experience in corporate talent development
