Description

• Direct report to the campus Chief Information Officer • Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the campus Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Colleague • Work closely with various departments to support the institution's needs and operations efficiently • Perform system updates, backups, patches, and upgrades • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Develop project plans and documentation • Oversee data integrity and accuracy • Assist in data migration, cleansing, and validation • Customize and configure ERP system • Collaborate with IT team and departments for integration • Gather requirements and implement solutions • Create clear documentation of systems and functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field • 3-5 years of experience with Ellucian Colleague administration • Experience with UniData or UniBasic query language and SQL • Working knowledge of the Linux Operating System • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
