Description

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development of new products and features • Develop and implement product engineering roadmaps • Break down product requirements into technical specifications • Estimate development timelines and costs • Manage product engineering risks • Ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback • Mentor and coach engineers on their technical and professional development • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product engineering • Track record in leading and managing engineering teams • Technical skills in software development, design, and testing • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
