📋 Description

• Provide inbound customer support, primarily via WhatsApp and other communication channels • Understand customer needs, present services, and guide each interaction through to conversion • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest but have not completed their appointment booking • Identify conversion opportunities during customer interactions • Proactively prospect for new customers via WhatsApp and other channels • Work with the salon’s contact database to identify opportunities for new appointments • Carry out customer reactivation initiatives • Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty • Present the salon’s services, procedures, professionals, terms, and competitive advantages • Record customer interactions, opportunities, and conversions in the system or tool used • Track customer service and conversion results • Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a positive customer experience from the first contact through the in-person appointment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, reception, or sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp • Commercially oriented, persuasive, and conversion-focused profile • Proactive approach to contacting and acquiring new customers • Strong organizational skills for managing responses and follow-ups • Empathy and the ability to build customer relationships • Agility and a sense of urgency when providing customer service • Enjoy working with people and be focused on delivering an excellent customer experience • Preferred: experience in aesthetics, clinics, spas, or businesses related to beauty and wellness • Preferred: experience with WhatsApp sales • Preferred: experience with CRM or customer service systems • Preferred: experience with customer prospecting and reactivation • Preferred: experience working with sales, appointment, and conversion targets • Availability to work regular business hours, Monday through Friday
