📋 Description

• Conduct active customer prospecting (Outbound) • Contact potential customers • Present solutions and opportunities • Lead negotiations and follow up throughout the sales process • Work with targets and performance metrics • Participate in training sessions and professional development meetings • Develop skills in sales, performance, leadership, and sales team management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • No prior sales experience required • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented profile • Organized and disciplined approach to remote work • Availability to participate in daily meetings and training sessions • Eagerness to learn and grow in sales • Independent contractor (PJ)
