📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Guidewire-related positions • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities • Develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified professionals • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and communication skills • Coordinate interviews and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process • Provide meaningful insights regarding the market and ways to implement specialized strategy to the recruitment process • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate onboarding activities • Partner closely with hiring managers, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top Guidewire talent • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience • Experience on Guidewire roles or insurance technology positions • Strong understanding of the Guidewire platform and its core modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, InsuranceSuite & Guidewire Cloud • Experience recruiting software engineers, architects, business analysts, and QA professionals • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Sourcing experience on different platforms
