Description
• Seeking a Business Development Lead in the Netherlands to join Carbo Culture • Responsible for managing, developing, financing, and realizing biochar projects • Leading project development activities • Building relationships with stakeholders • Leading projects from start to finish • Remote role within European time zones with expected travel • Responsible for lead generation, feasibility studies, permitting, partnerships & contracts, financing, technical design, and project execution
Requirements
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in agriculture • Excellent communication and networking skills • Strong analytical and financial acumen • Knowledge of Dutch permitting and subsidy regulations • Stress-resistant and results-oriented • Reside in close proximity to Westland or in the southern Netherlands • Strong networks in professional horticulture industry • Project development experience in relevant industries • Characteristics: Comfortable with creative problem-solving, always seeking improvement, self-starter, eager to learn, deeply passionate about climate tech
Benefits
• Competitive salary range of EUR 85,000 to EUR 115,000 per year • ESOPs • Comprehensive benefits package
