Description

• Work as Regional Account Manager (Midlands and South West) • Work with intermediaries, provide support, guidance, and develop relationships • Responsible for the sales cycle from prospect strategy development to prospecting activities and customer visits • Home-based role with travel to meet clients in Midlands and South West, occasional travel to Basingstoke offices

Requirements

• Proven background in sales/business development (field-based), specifically in specialist property finance (bridging, buy to let mortgages) • Experience in the specialist mortgages sector or similar • Comfortable working in a regulated environment • Thrive working in a KPI driven environment • Proven ability for developing business within a targeted market sector • Effective strategy development for designated territory • Engaging communication and influencing skills • Ability to adapt communication style to audience
