Description
• Conduct import/export Sales of diverse Steel products including Carbon Coils/Sheets (Plates, HR, CR, Coated, Prepainted, Stainless Steel, Pipe & Tubing, Shapes, Wire Rods, etc.) • Identify & cultivate new customers, products & business areas, exploring untapped potentials in the market • Efficiently manage relationships with customers, suppliers, other biz partners, overseeing overall business activities. This includes addressing customer requests and requirements through effective control of sourcing, inventory, logistics, and customer services • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, sales strategy, price schedules, etc • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors to maintain a competitive edge • Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this role, as deemed necessary or appropriate by the manager
Requirements
• 3~10 years or more experience in Sales & Trading, preferably in the Steel industry or Industrial Materials • Proven expertise in Sales managing customer accounts and understanding their needs • Dependable, Responsible, Capable of Problem Solving. (customer & vendor disputes, claims, etc.) • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategies that align with organizational goals • Business Acumen: Understands the business implications of decisions and demonstrates knowledge of the market and competition • Cost consciousness: Contributes to profits and revenue through mindful financial practices • Strong work ethics and commitment to Teamwork • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
