📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the implementation and evolution of ServiceNow solutions • Define development standards and software engineering best practices • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables • Support architectural decisions and solution design • Mentor and provide technical guidance to the development team • Develop automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and App Engine • Create and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and external systems • Manage releases, deployments and versioning processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance, high-quality deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform • Proficient in JavaScript and the platform’s core APIs • Knowledge of App Engine, automations and integrations • Experience with software engineering practices, version control and code quality • Background in technical leadership, mentoring and supporting cross-functional teams • Ability to propose scalable solutions and guide architectural decisions • ServiceNow certifications are a plus • Experience with greenfield ServiceNow implementations is a plus • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus • Experience in large enterprise environments is a plus
