📋 Description

• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and drive alignment • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team • Coach team members on agile principles and practices • Report on team metrics to measure productivity and quality • Support team-member development through effective delegation and mentorship • Drive agile transformation within the team using Scrum and Kanban best practices • Drive solutions that enhance productivity and deliver high-value results aligned with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Use data and metrics to ensure delivery value • Use AI and CI&T Flow in daily activities • Knowledge of upstream and downstream flows • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Experience in IT Project Management • Experience with discovery processes • Strong communication skills to work closely with the client • Excellent interpersonal communication • Autonomy in problem-solving • Experience with agile processes and idea organization • Experience with requirements gathering and supporting user story writing • Experience in change management, risk management, time management, and stakeholder management • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency in agile tools and metrics reporting • Familiarity with project management software • Knowledge of data is desirable, as the team works with Data Intelligence, Metrics, and Processes
