📋 Description

• Identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise for niche positions • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals • Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner • Use online platforms, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing • Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels • Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presentation to the hiring team • Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing and hiring strategies • Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities to potential candidates • Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing records using ATS and other tools • Stay current with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques • Foster diversity and inclusion through sourcing practices • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to improve recruitment efficiency • Support a project going live in November

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in, a certain industry or industries/markets required • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations • Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements • Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets • Additional language required: German, French, Spanish, or Italian
